Castle Inman is world famous for the quality of Postcode 2425 honey that our bees produce again.
Our apiary is located in the heart of the Karuah River valley on the Barrington Coast 32’28” 0 S 15’ 56” 52.1 E. Our Bees have access to Eucalypts of White Mahogany, Iron Bark, Yellow Box, Spotted Gum and Tallow Woods. The understorey of these magnificent trees also contains Polygalifolium (jelly bush), noted for its Manuka Honey. Our honey will vary in colour and taste by the seasons, even by the hive!
Our Technoset food grade hives meet the highest bio-security standards.
This natural honey contains the pollens that our bees intended it to have.

The Three Pack! – The Middle size which can be just Right! – Available for Order
The three Pack is three (3) 500g jars. If your mathematics is as good as my phone calculator that totals 1.5 kg or even bigger 1,500g of honey. This might last a family a few weeks, if you don’t have a thing for hot crumpet(s)! Crumpets and honey are made for each other, you don’t have to put butter on as you do with vegemite (I’m a Promite sort of guy) as it’s good enough to eat right out of the box 😊.) The Four pack is for you. As usual we cannot ship to the Northern Territory or Western Australia, but everywhere else we WILL. Australian destinations just $65. This is very good value for real honey.
The Four Pack! – The largest weight of honey we ship – Available for Order
The four pack is designed to be confusing. It’s two (2) 1,000 g jars, a single 500g jar and a lone 250g jar. If your mathematics is as good as my phone calculator that totals a massive 2.750 kg or even bigger 2,750g of honey. We can’t get any more honey into the next size up box. If you have a large family, friends that just love our honey who INSIST on it being poured over ice cream or in their coffee (some people have been known to pour it on each other 😊) then the Four pack is for you. As usual we cannot ship to the Northern Territory or Western Australia, but everywhere else we WILL. Australian destinations just $85. This excellent value for world famous real honey.
Postage and Shipping Notes
We use Australia Post for all of our postage and small parcel shipping. It’s 100% Australian owned and has been around in various forms for literally hundreds of years. Australia Post charges for a set weight (mass) and volume. If your package is lighter than the 5 kg weight allowance, you are still charged for 5 kg. This means that shipping for single jars becomes VERY expensive.
We have found a better way to get more world-famous honey to you!
International Postage is $25 more per pack anywhere in the whole wide world!
